What is ocydesign

ocydesign is my creation. I’m Jeff White, Graphic and Web Designer. ocydesign.com was invented as a way to brand myself and set myself apart from others. The website is a way to showcase my portfolio to perspective clients.

Why I started ocydesign?

While working for various companies doing Graphic Design and Web Design I discovered I was unhappy doing what I once loved and that is design. We charged clients hundreds of dollars an hour for poor quality work. I’d pump out design after design and just passed them onto clients. The companies made all the money and the client was left with product that could have been better. The companies didn’t care about the client, they only cared about the money. I realized that if I offer my services to clients directly it could be cheaper for the client and we could achieve better results.

Goals

My goals are to grow my client list locally then nationally. Start with the mom-and-pop shops and grow.
- Unrelated goals are that I hope to brew my own beer, write a book, and restore a car.
